was talking to olivier this saturday
young chappie who used to work in a factory
now he is a sucessful brocanteur/antiquaire
and he told me he'd sold a painting
for 2500.00 euros on friday
chapeau monsieur
he then asked me
linda why don't you buy better stock
by this he meant antique rather than vintage
higher outlay/higher return
he surely looked at me as if i were
a mad english woman out in the midday sun
when i told him i prefered stylish junk
to the real deal antique
big guns firing
all singing
poke in the eye with a sharp stick
serious delights

Beautiful old pictures :)
You can only sell what you like and you are.
Goodness that last photo! I'm afraid of that big doll too!!!!
Poor baby.
I am no expert in either - but I do have a thing about old photographs and tins - and handwritten postcards!
What gorgeous photos/compositions! I'm a sucker for anything vintage and with a story to tell!
